(1) What's included in the MAIN pass?
You are entitled to (1) hour play time on all inflatables. 

(2) What's included in the Activities pass?
Activities passes are applicable for kids below the age of 9 only. They are entitled to the play stations where they can redeem balloons, ice creams and other rewards upon completing each station.

(3) Do I need a ticket if I'm only supervising from the side?
No, you do not need a ticket if you are not entering the inflatables. However, do note that you are fully responsible for your child's safety and behaviour at all times.

(4) Is there a time limit for the Activities pass?
There's no time limit for the play stations, you may access these stations anytime before or after your inflatables play time.

(5) What's the suitable age group?
The play space is suited for age 1-9.
We wouldn't recommend for kids below 12 months, but they're welcome to enter for free!

(6) How do I redeem FREE passes from Aperia Mall?
Download the CapitaStar app and spend $30 using your eCapitaVoucher, the FREE passes will be autogenerated under <My Vouchers> on the app. 

Note: Applicable to spendings in Aperia Mall only.

(7) Do I need to redeem the passes within the same day of spending in the mall?
You may redeem passes any day of the pop-up week.
